Le Portique accueille The Story of Fixity, une proposition de l’artiste Noémie Goudal, dont le travail questionne le paysage, le rapport à la nature et les émotions convoquées par la rencontre avec le vivant. Dans le cadre du festival Normandie Impressionniste, un premier volet de l’exposition a été dévoilé. Pour Un Été au Havre, au rez-de-chaussée, une proposition photographique vient compléter l’installation initiale, constituant un prologue au dispositif qui investit les deux étages du Portique. Six photographies issues des séries Démantèlements et Tropiques illustrent l’intérêt de Noémie Goudal pour les paysages, tableaux vivants en perpétuelle mutation. The Story of Fixity, reprise d’un projet imaginé et pensé pour un site industriel à Londres, dans le cadre d’une collaboration menée avec Artangel, qui se déploie sur deux niveaux, met au centre du dispositif un élément fondamental et constitutif des paysages: l’eau.
